The idea of establishing a beauty space came to us a long time ago however we never wanted it to be a regular beauty salon or spa - we were in a constant search for something special, unique that we would proudly offer to our clients.
Our brand brings together the knowledge and experience of 4 generations the 4 hearts that you can see in our logo tied together. 4 generations of beautiful women of our family were collecting the secrets and tips of beautiful and happy life and we believe that now is the right moment to share this perfect combination of old-style secrets and innovative technologies with you.
Our policies&spa etiquette:
covid policy
Medical grade sanitization and strict COVID-19 policies in place. We care for your health. We care for your safety. We use only Health Canada approved sanitization and sterilization protocols. We ensure that our staff as well as our clients are protected (disposable covers, disposable masks, gowns, gloves, everything is changes and washed after every client).
Our appointments are spaced at least 30 minutes apart in order to ensure proper sanitization of the clinic.
Regular consultation
Your safety is our main priority. This is the reason why before we do your first treatment – we do a consultation. This is a standard of the industry: we need to know everything about you, your medical condition, your concerns and expectations before we can proceed. This is simply a way to both understand you better and make sure we meet your expectations.

Price: 50$ Time: 30 min

The consultation is free of charge if it is followed by a treatment.
Appointment Booking
You can book your appointment online through our website, through email or by calling us. Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We require a valid major credit card number at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This is required to ensure your booking. In order to meet your expectations, we recommend to book your appointments 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your best choice of times and dates (especially during our busy seasons such as Christmas and spring time). You will get a text message reminders of your confirmed appointments however it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or no shows will be charged a 50$ late cancellation fee. We thank you for your understanding. This cancellation policy is simply allowing us to accommodate our standby clients who wanted to get the services done at the same time as yours.
Arrival Time
To make the most of your experience with us, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment appointment. We require that to ensure the necessary forms are completed before your treatment with the specialist.
Late Arrivals
In the event that you are running late, we will do our best to give you your full treatment. However, please note that more than 20 minutes late arrival will result in not receiving the treatment on that day.
Medical History & Other Forms
We collect your medical history information because it has impact on your treatments. It is highly important for us to know all the medical conditions that our client has in order to ensure safety and to make sure you get the best results. It is also very important that all clients keep us up to date regarding any changes in their medical condition.
Privacy
We value your privacy and we ensure that the information we collect from you is private. We always keep your records in a protected file. We will not share your information with other parties without your consent.
Special Offers
Any specials offered may not be combined with any other package or specials.
Payments
Patients are responsible for paying their fees at time of service. We accept debit cards and credit cards. Due to current situation and as a measure to stop the spread of the COVID-19, we have limited our ability to accept cash payments from our clients. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Mothers-To-Be
Some of our procedures are tailored for expectant mothers so we are more than happy to welcome you for the treatment while you are enjoying your new status.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. We do have the information about the gift card holder in our system, so we can provide your service even if your card was lost. Gift cards can be used to purchase either services or products however the intended use has to be specified at the moment of purchase.
